By booking an appointment or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

  2. Services provided

Attestly provides notarization, loan signing, apostille coordination, fingerprinting, and document translation services. Notaries do not provide legal advice and cannot determine whether a document is legally sufficient for your needs.

  3. Appointments and cancellations

  1. Introduction

Attestly ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

  1. Information we collect

Personal information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, and details submitted through booking or contact forms. Identity verification information collected during notarization appointments, as required by state notary law. Payment information processed through our third-party payment provider (we do not store full payment card details). Usage data collected automatically, such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited.

  1. How we use your information

To schedule and complete notary and related services. To communicate with you about appointments, services, and updates. To comply with state notary recordkeeping and legal requirements. To improve our website and services.

  2. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate (such as payment processors and scheduling software), and with government or regulatory agencies where required by law, such as notary journal recordkeeping requirements.

  3. Data retention

We retain identity verification and notarial act records for the period required by applicable state law, which may extend beyond the completion of your appointment.

  4. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to our legal recordkeeping obligations as a notary service.

  5. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
